Russia and Tajikistan sign labor migration agreement

Recently in Dushanbe, Vladimir Putin and Emomaly Rahmonov signed a series of important documents, including intergovernmental agreements involving labor activities and the protection of the rights of each of their nations citizens.

As was reported by Channel One, in the document it is marked that employing a person for temporary work and using his or her manpower must correspond with the legislation of the state hosting these persons, as well as their entry to, stay in and departure from the hosting country.

The agreement also guarantees the rights and freedoms that are manifested in the legislation of the hosting country. After the signing of this agreement it will be easier for Tajiks to work and stay in the Russian Federation legally. Further the two states resolved on a taxation of these workers. That means part of their wages will be paid into the Russian state budget.
