Armed OMON forces protecting the children�s camp were shown in a regional TV report. The camp director explained the necessity of a 24-hour guard as follows: Last summer there was a violent attack by more than 50 skinheads on a camp with children from Chechnya. It is striking that law-enforcement organs did not make this public.
