Northern Capital celebrates African Day Today, the Institute of International Educational Programs will plunge into the cultural life of the �black continent�. For visitors of this festival, African drummers will act; there will be an exhibition of arts and crafts and, of course, visitors will be treated with delicacies from Cameroon, Senegal and Mali. Organizers are confident that acquaintance to African culture is the first step towards improving tolerance. African Day is being celebrated all over the world. Due to support by the organization �African Unity� the event was held in St. Petersburg.
