Belarusian Border Guards Participate in Educational Courses on Ethnic Migration Rights

In Kiev from October 8-12, educational courses on international migration rights were held. In the course of the four days, representatives from ethnic organizations on migration worked with employees of the State Border Committee of the Republic of Belarus and other interested agencies in the educational seminars, dedicated to working and forced migration, migrants� rights and safety, as well as preventing contraband and the trafficking of people. BelaPAN reported on this at the press-center of the State Border Committee of Belarus.

Moreover, course participants discussed issues of ethnic and regional cooperation, migration policies and legislation.

A special feature of the courses was that they were carried out in English.
