School Boys sued by the Jewish Autonomous Region Two 14 year-old schoolboys considering themselves skinheads are accused of having murdered three persons due to national hatred. Both defendants are charged with the following three paragraphs of the Russian Law Codex: 105/2 deliberate murder on motive of national, racial and religious hatred 214 vandalism 30 attempt at murder According to a testimony, both minors label themselves skinheads in spite of the fact that, according to local law enforcement, right wing organizations don�t exit in this region. In the testimony they repeatedly expressed their aversion to Asians, Caucasians, and vagabonds. According to an ongoing investigation, the accused killed three persons without reason. During the beating of a victim, the students have been detained by a passing police squad. The local court states, t copes the first time with such an event - murders due to national hatred.
