Luzhkov insists on obligatory registration for all who newly arrive in Moscow


The mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov insists on the introduction of an obligatory registration for all who newly arrive in Moscow. Luzhkov declared this live Tuesday night on channel TVC.

According to Luzhkov, except for the registration a strict punishment of its absence has to be established.

On September 9 Boris Gromov, governor of the Moscow region, announced, that the registration of all people who live in the region temporarily, should be controlled. Special attention should be paid on emigrants from the Caucasus.
