In Tyumen 23 national communities will conduct joint holidays, for which representatives from these communities have created an organizational committee.

In the Sverdlovsk Region, national culture days of the region will be celebrated. In Ekaterinburg the national associations render moral support to each other on a joint lawsuit in court.

In Krasnodar the International Culture Center has been in operation for more than ten years, combining 30 national associations. The Center owns a three story building in the very center of town, where each national association has its own office. Last year they won a grant and conducted an international holiday.

In Yaroslav national associations led "Day of Migrants", aided in the creation of a Russian folk literature library, yearly they conduct the exhibit "City History Museum" about the regional nationalities, an international festival "Yaroslav Festival", festival of folk instrumemts, and a festival of wedding ceremonies. A "hotline" was also created for the operative reporting to the police about infringments made by policemen.

In the Ivanov Region diasporas obtained the authorization from the administration to build a Muslim cultural center. The diaspora has for several years already operated an international summer camp for children.

In Moscow an international advisory board has operated with the first deputy premier of the capital's government. For several years in the capital, a "hotline" has been functioning, which representatives of national minorities can use, if their rights are being violated by the police.

In the Saratov Region the "Village of Friendship" is in the process of being built, where each national community will be presented with one-and-a-half hectare of the land for the building of its cultural center. In the region sport competitions will be held between the national communities, for which the administration will award prizes to the winners.

In Samara the "House of the Peoples' Friendship" the offices of 18 national associations function "free of charge". In the current year the regional administration allocated 3.5 million rubles for international programs. Nine local national newspapers will also be obtained by the administration's financial support.

In the Saratov Region, approximately 100 children from the Chechen republic yearly go on vacation with the support of governor.

In the Astrakhan Region national diasporas collectively will conduct the spring holiday "Navruz".

In Saint Petersburg organization "African Unity" and "Citizens' control" will lead for policemen seminars about Africa and Africans, who are living in Saint Petersburg.

In the Perm Region an Information - migratory center has been created in the composition of the cultural - business center, the "Ukrainian house", which solves the problems with exchanging old Soviet passports, obtaining views of residence, Ukrainian foreign passports newcomers from the Ukraine. The Center conducts registration at the place of the stay of all, who require this, and issues migration cards. They can also register at the organization's address.
