The Center for Interethnic Cooperation is the first organization in Russia which is conducting trainings for leaders of national associations. Trainings are our main tool to transfer knowledge and abilities to leaders of national communities. The Center for Interethnic Cooperation held trainings for leaders of national organizations in more than 50 cities of Russia representing the interests of the local Azerbaijanis, Abkhazians, Adygs, Armenians, Assyrians, Bashkirs, Byelorussians, Greeks, Georgians, Dagestanis, Ingush, Kazakhs, Karels, Chinese, Latvians, Lithuanians, Moksha, Germans, Ossetians, Poles, Tajik, Tatars, Turkmen, Udmurt, Uzbeks, Uighur, Ukrainians, Chechen, Erzias, Estonians, Yakut etc.

We taught the leaders of national organizations:

• Effective management of civil society organizations

• Basics of social planning

• Russian and international mechanisms of protecting national minorities

• Methods of negotiating with the authorities

• Cooperation with other national civil society organizations, in particular interaction within the framework of the network of national organizations

• Modes of interaction with the local media
