On the 7^th of November Points for the Help of Women “Femina” where women including immigrants can for free receive psychological and juridical help, services on work and social orientation, background information about work of the services and facilities of the city were opened in seven regions of Russia (Astrakhan, Yekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Krasnodar, Petrozavodsk, Samara and Yaroslavl).
