January 1st, 2005 the program "Multiethnic Moscow" will come into force

1 January 1st, 2005 the program for development of interethnic relations "Multiethnic Moscow: forming a climate of interethnic solidarity in the mega polisпїЅ will come into force. It is intended to work from 2005 to 2007. Vice mayor Valery Shantsev thinks it will be an important step to create a climate of interethnic tolerance in the capital.
