�Youth and Tolerance� Seminar Took Place in Kaliningrad From September 4th to the 5th, an inter-regional project-directed seminar-training �Youth and Tolerance� took place in Kaliningrad. The event was lead by colleagues from the Center for Interethnic Cooperation (Moscow): Ashot Ayrapetyan and Victoria Shukhat. Seminar participants were directors and specialists for the Ministry of Culture of Kaliningrad oblast, representatives of ethnic public organizations and ethnic-cultural organizations, as well as specialists from the educational institutions of the oblast. In the framework of the conference, participants exchanged experience about working with youth which was directed at the formation of cultural peace and agreement and outlined fundamental problems in executing national youth policy in regions which border European countries.
