Seminar �Mechanisms of Forming a Tolerant Relation to Migrants and Ethnic Minorities� in Samara, August 15th-17th 2005 On August 15th-17th, the Administration of the Samara Region and the Center for Interethnic Cooperation is carrying out a seminar on the topic �Mechanisms of Forming a Tolerant Relation to Migrants and Ethnic Minorities�. At the recreation center �Nadezhda,� leaders of ethnic organizations and representatives of the authorities, law-enforcement organs and scientific circles will discuss the problems of the strategic development of the House of Peoples� Friendship of the Samara Region as a resource for creating tolerance in interethnic relations in this region.
